At Hydroveil, we want you to love your purchases—without the stress of being stuck with something that doesn’t work for you. We know online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to make returns as easy and stress-free as possible. Our goal is simple: top-notch service and happy customers.


Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Both the return request and the physical return of the item must be completed within 30 days of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging is intact

  • There are no visible signs of damage

Please note: Any visible damage or tampering may void the return eligibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at hello@hydroveil.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will take care of the rest, following the guidelines above.

Exchanges
Need a different item? No problem! Just reach out to hello@hydroveil.store with your order number and what you’d like to exchange. We’ll guide you through it.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. If your item is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt of your return without it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update via email regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 2–3 business days of approval, please email us at hello@hydroveil.store so we can look into it for you.

Gifts
If you received an item marked as a gift and need to return it, we’ll issue a digital gift card for the value of the return once the item is received. Just follow the same return steps above.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@hydroveil.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
Please note: Claims filed outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
